Le problème est résumé dans les premières lignes du message :
System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'c:\windows\logs' is denied.
Le logiciel n'a pas accès au répertoire c:\windows\logs .
Donc soit il n'existe pas et tu n'as qu'à le créer. Soit tu es connecté sous windows avec un compte qui n'a pas les droits d'accès à ce répertoire. Dans ce cas il faut te connecter en administrateur et changer les droits du répertoire pour qu'il soit accessible par tous.
Remarque concernant les deux précédentes réponses des deux TOP contributions : quand on n'a rien à dire on ne pollue pas le Q&R. Et c'est pas parce qu'il y a le mot .NET qu'il s'agit d'internet.
